Dignity Plumbing Team 2021

MEET THE TEAM

Kenny Thomason

Kenny Thomason

Kenny was born and raised in Las Vegas and comes from a family with a long legacy of construction knowledge. He doesn’t remember a day when he didn’t want to be in the construction trades. Upon graduating high school early, he went through an additional four-year schooling program to obtain his journeyman’s status. Kenny moved up to a supervisory role early in his career and managed large-scale casino projects. He ventured out on his own to start a residential and small commercial general contracting business, and eventually a commercial framing and drywall business as well. He enjoys all types of construction, but the large, more challenging projects pique his interest the most, and he is continually impressed how a group of people can come together and work hard to keep jobs on schedule and on budget. He hopes to continue to open trade businesses with plans of continuing to better the Las Vegas community.

Jason Manwaring

Jason Manwaring

Jason Manwaring was born and raised in the small city of Lodi, California before moving north to Galt. Upon graduating high school, Jason moved to Salt Lake City where he attended the University of Utah. There he studied dual majors and received his Bachelor’s Degrees in both History and Political Science. Looking for a change of pace, Jason moved to Las Vegas in 2006 and began his career in sales. Most recently, he spent the last seven years working at a paint and coating manufacturing company before joining forces with Kenny. Over the last few years, Jason has harbored those sales tactics in an attempt to outreach the community and spread the word of Thomason Construction.

Rene "Chapo" Granillo

Rene "Chapo" Granillo

Rene “Chapo” Granillo is a major force behind Thomason Construction with both his personality and his physicality. He has lived in Las Vegas since 2001 and got straight to work in the construction industry hanging drywall and never stopped. He is passionate about every different type of carpenter trades and little by little, learned them all. Chapo initially took Kenny on as an apprentice many years ago and was determined to teach him everything he knew. After a few years on different paths, Chapo and Kenny were reunited and Chapo was brought on board where he will work until he retires. Chapo loves returning to job sites because all of the customers become his friends and he truly loves what he does.

Liz Thomason

Liz Thomason

As a native to Las Vegas, NV, Liz has spent most of her career with a major financial institution before switching gears to retail management where she worked for five years. She then joined the Dignity team where she managed the office and was able garnish new customers as well as improve relationships with existing customers. She has since improved the overall morale of the business, increased revenue and retention, all while maintaining the core values of the company. She has since taken on a new role at Thomason Construction with hopes of bringing the same powerhouse to a different workforce. In her free time, she enjoys playing chess with her husband and making memories with her three amazing kids. Liz’s favorite place is Disneyland and chances are that if she is not in the office that is where you’ll be able to find her.
