Built around the tenants who are still there

Most TIs happen in buildings that stay open. Neighbors keep working, guests keep walking through, and the property manager hears about every complaint. Our crews are used to it.

  • After-hours and weekend shifts when noise or access is a problem
  • Clean, contained work areas and daily cleanup
  • Phased work so a business can stay open during its own remodel
  • Crews who know how to work in casinos, towers and medical buildings

"Our opening dates don’t move, so we need a contractor who doesn’t either. Thomason hits the date every time. Their slogan is ‘Count on Thomason,’ and honestly, that’s how we talk about them too."

Tenant improvement FAQ

How long does a tenant improvement take in Las Vegas?

It depends on size, scope and permitting. An office refresh can be a matter of weeks, while a restaurant buildout could take months. Once we know your project scope, we’ll give you an estimated timeline, including permit time.

Do you pull the permits?

Yes. We hold Nevada B, C-3, C-4 and C-5 unlimited licenses and handle permitting and inspections through to the certificate of occupancy.

Can you work while our business or building stays open?

Yes. We schedule noisy work after hours or on weekends, keep work areas contained, and phase the project so you can keep operating.

Can you help us before the lease is signed?

Yes. We can walk the space and give you a budget range early, so you know what your TI allowance will cover before you commit.
